Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will help define and execute medium- to large-scale enterprise initiatives that deliver quality outcomes for our clients. You will also assist with Firm operations and business development and help cultivate an inclusive culture grounded in relationships and relentless dedication to client service.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with healthcare consulting experience, business acumen, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to lead client-facing engagements in complex environments

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and strategic priorities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for medium to large-scale initiatives

• Direct, mentor, and support consultants and project team members

• Apply organizational change management and process improvement methodologies to drive results

• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and communicate progress to stakeholders

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and executive leaders

• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, steering committees, and decision-making sessions

• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, communications, and recommendations

• Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable solutions

• Identify root causes of business issues and recommend practical, sustainable approaches

• Lead client-facing discussions and influence decision-making across stakeholder groups

• Navigate ambiguity and drive progress in complex organizational environments

• Support business development efforts and contribute to firm growth initiatives

• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment internally and with clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 5+ years of experience leading and delivering medium- to large-scale business or healthcare initiatives

• Experience with a Big 4, national, or specialized healthcare consulting firm is strongly preferred.

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Travel and on-site work required based on client needs, with up to 90% travel on select engagements.
