Inside Sales Account Executive

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative provides customer service and administrative support by processing orders, preparing quotes, coordinating deliveries, and communicating with customers and production teams. This role helps ensure orders are accurate, on time, and completed efficiently.

Essential Responsibilities

• 
  Process customer orders and prepare quotes, pricing, and order acknowledgments.
  
  



• 
  Communicate with customers, vendors, sales staff, and production teams regarding orders, lead times, and deliveries.
  
  



• 
  Answer incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries and support needs.
  
  



• 
  Review specifications and verify order accuracy before processing.
  
  



• 
  Maintain accurate order and customer information in the ERP system.
  
  



• 
  Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages as needed.
  
  



• 
  Resolve customer questions and service concerns promptly.
  
  



• 
  Maintain organized sales and customer records.
  
  



• 
  Provide additional administrative and sales support as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  Associate degree preferred, but not required.
  
  



• 
  1-3 years of inside sales, customer service, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
  
  



• 
  Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  
  



• 
  Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  
  



• 
  ERP experience preferred; BisTrack/Epicor a plus.

• 
  Office-based role within a manufacturing environment.
  
  



• 
  Frequent computer, phone, and customer interaction.
  
  



• 
  Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
  
  



•
