• Day shift -- no weekends and no on call
• 40 hours guaranteed per week
• Home health setting
• Productivity expectation -- 25 points per week
• EMR: Epic
• 2 years PT experience required
• 1 year PT home health experience required
• Bachelor's degree required -- Master's preferred
