Workforce Manager As a Workforce Manager you will serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and or staff meetings, maximizing profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors, working at the client site to manage the temporary workforce, assisting with internal and client reporting as necessary, utilizing Aerotek resources for conflict resolution, and performing various customer service related activities.
