In this role, you will manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry to move-in, pairing an exceptional prospect experience with strong conversion rates. How You’ll Drive Success:

• Drive High-Impact Conversions: Turn incoming inquiries, virtual tours, and on-site visits into signed leases through engaging, active closing strategies.
• Optimize Prospect Pipeline: Manage and track lead-to-lease conversion metrics within property management software to ensure prompt follow-up and minimal lost opportunities.
• Cultivate Long-Term Resident Retention: Build strong rapport from day one by personalizing the move-in process and proactively engaging with residents, cultivating long-term community advocates and consistently driving renewal rates.
• Maintain Peak Occupancy: Consistently drive and sustain community occupancy levels through proactive sales execution, lead management, and quick turnover closing.
• Elevate Community Experience: Serve as the brand ambassador for the property, maintaining high service standards that foster an active, satisfied resident community.

What You Bring:

• Proven Performance: 2+ years of proven track record in multifamily leasing and resident experience management with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Core Strengths: Dependability, adaptability, strong critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal skills ( Bilingual Spanish/English is a significant asset ).
• Tech Proficiency: Skilled with property management software, CRM (RenManager, Yardi, Entrata, Knock), MS 365, Google Workspace. (Bonus points if you have experience in lead tracking, digital ads, and social marketing).
• Logistics: Highly organized with weekend/flexible availability, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Perks:

• Strong Earning Potential: $22.00/hour base + uncapped commissions (monthly commissions average $2,000).
