Logistics CoordinatorPurchasing and logistics coordinator responsible for supplier communication, purchasing administration, freight coordination, and shipment tracking for equipment, fabrication, and construction projects.US Citizenship / Permanent Residency required.REQUIREMENTSUS Citizenship / Permanent Residency required.5+ years of logistics coordination experience in manufacturing.Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferredStrong negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship skillsWorking knowledge of domestic and international logisticsProficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skillsAnalytical, organized, self-driven problem solver able to prioritize a high volume of workRESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate purchasing and logistics activities with suppliers, freight forwarders, project teams, and job sitesPrepare inquiries, obtain supplier quotes, compile bid tabs, and verify pricing, specifications, and completeness before negotiating ordersDraft purchase orders and process invoicesMaintain records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and procurement activitiesResolve supplier issues involving specifications, timing, quality, quantity, and deliveryPrepare shipping documentation and provide shipping instructionsTrack shipments and expedite supplier deliveries and overall performanceMaintain procurement and logistics databases for purchased commodities and servicesTravel occasionally, both domestically and internationallyThis is a full-time position in a project-oriented environment supporting equipment, fabrication, and construction contracts.To be considered, submit your resume for review.Apply by emailing your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io today. *No agencies please*
