Global Commercial Head, GI ADC
AstraZeneca
AstraZeneca seeks a Global Commercial Head for its GI ADC portfolio to lead commercial strategy, brand development, and go-to-market execution for gastric cancer and other GI tumor indications. This role drives launch readiness, lifecycle management, and builds the global marketing team while collaborating across regions and functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategy and go-to-market plans for Sone-Ve across multiple GI cancer indications
- Drive launch excellence and growth strategies for this new molecular entity in a competitive market
- Lead global commercial team, provide strategic guidance to regions and functions, serve as primary interface
- Build and manage Sone-Ve global marketing team; provide matrix leadership to Medical Affairs, Market Access, and enabling functions
- Represent global commercial team to senior leadership, external collaborators, and key opinion leaders
Requirements
- Proven track record leading oncology/cancer brand development and commercialization
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and gaining customer alignment across markets
- Strong understanding of oncology clinical profiles, competitive landscape, and lifecycle planning
- Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and optimize high-performing diverse teams
- Experience translating clinical and economic benefits into compelling messaging for HCPs and payers
- Global commercial expertise with customer-facing leadership in international markets
- Strategic thinking with ability to build markets and deliver high-impact initiatives at scale
