Provide targeted physical therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of licensed therapists. Ensure delivery of quality care to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
- Monitor patient responses and report progress to supervising therapists.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
- Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures.
- Hold an active Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
- Possess relevant clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit proficiency in patient assessment and therapeutic techniques.
- Maintain current CPR and first aid certifications.
