As a Comfort Advisor, you will meet with homeowners, evaluate their current HVAC systems, and recommend customized replacement solutions that best fit their comfort needs and budget. You'll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation through project completion, ensuring an exceptional customer experience every step of the way. Build strong customer relationships through consultative, relationship-based selling. Educate customers on available products, services, financing options, and system benefits. Create accurate and detailed sales proposals. Negotiate and close installation projects. Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct post-installation follow-up visits to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with installation teams and office staff to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities within ServiceTitan. Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings. Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals. What We’re Looking For Minimum of 3 years of sales experience , preferably in HVAC, home services, construction, or related trades. Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills. Exceptional customer service and communication abilities. Project management experience is a plus. Ability to learn and effectively utilize ServiceTitan software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to access attics, basements, and crawl spaces when needed. Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and wet environments. Why T. Webber? At T.
