Job Description/Responsibilities The Gift ShopAttendant creates awelcoming and enjoyableshopping experience forvisitors and internalcustomers. This rolehandles retail transactions, answers questions, andkeeps the giftshop well-stocked, organized, and visuallyappealing. The idealcandidate is friendly, professional, attentiveto detail, andcomfortable working ina fast-pacedvisitor environment. Schedule: Part-time position working 3-4 8 hour days a week. What You’ll Do Provide friendly, professionalcustomer service andassist visitors withquestions, product information, and purchases. Process retail transactionsaccurately and efficientlywhile following establishedcash-handling andsales procedures. Maintain an organized, clean, and attractivesales floor byrestocking merchandiseand keeping displayspresentable. Monitor inventory andmerchandise levels andcommunicate restockingneeds to theappropriate team members. Support VIP guestvisits and otherspecial visitor needsas requested. Qualifications/Requirements Required High school diplomaor GED. At least 1 year of experience in customer service. Preferred Experience supporting VIPguest visits orspecial guest experiences. Experience in tourism, hospitality, or avisitor-focused environment. Physical Requirements Ability to workon your feetfor extended periodsand move throughoutthe gift shopas needed. Ability to bend, kneel, squat, climbstairs or ladders, and sit asrequired. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
