This role is responsible for driving program execution, advancing project management capabilities, and partnering with business leaders to prioritize and execute initiatives that align with portfolio and organizational objectives. The CRM business develops technologies that help manage heart rhythm disorders and support life-changing patient care. Within CRM, the Energy Components organization enables product development programs and strategic initiatives focused on advancing technologies, capabilities, and processes that support the CRM portfolio. This position is based in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. The role follows an onsite work model requiring a minimum of 4 days per week in the office to support cross-functional collaboration.
