Senior Finance Business Partnering Analyst Global McDonald's (Boise, Idaho)

Summary

This role provides financial guidance, expertise, and recommendations to support decision-making across the global McDonald's business within the Global Food organization. The Senior Business Partnering Analyst serves as a key liaison between Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and regional teams, delivering financial insights and analysis that support business performance, alignment, and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, profitability metrics, and key performance indicators to support business decision-making.
• Serve as the primary finance partner for the McDonald's business, providing financial insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop financial models, proformas, and business case analyses to evaluate customer opportunities, sourcing initiatives, pricing proposals, and RFP submissions.
• Partner with commercial team to assess profitability, pricing impacts, and business risks and opportunities that support customer growth and strategic objectives.
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and monthly business review processes, collaborating with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
• Lead departmental projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, business insights, and financial visibility.

Typical Education

Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university

Relevant Experience

8+ years related experience and/or training

Other Information

• Flexibility to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple time zones
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, including functions such as formulas, pivot tables, and graphs
• Experience using Microsoft PowerBI or Data Visualization tools for reporting and analysis is a plus
• Utilize exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in work delivered
• Proven ability to collaborate, meet deadlines, analyze data, quickly learn, and adapt to new systems and processes
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• SAP/SAC experience a plus
