Manage restaurant budgets, P&L statements, and key financial metrics. Drive revenue growth through sales‑building initiatives and community engagement. Control food, beverage, labor, and operating costs to meet profitability goals. Monitor inventory levels and oversee purchasing to minimize waste and shortages. Analyze operational reports and implement action plans to improve performance. Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business. Ensure team members consistently deliver outstanding hospitality. Address guest feedback proactively and implement improvements when needed.
