Our facilities are clean, organized, and fully equipped—offering a professional, modern environment designed to help you build your career.Position SummaryThe Pump Shop Technician I supports shop operations by assisting with the cleaning, inspection, assembly, and handling of rod pumps and oilfield equipment. This role ensures equipment is prepared safely and efficiently while supporting inventory, shipping, and general shop activities.Basic Employee ResponsibilitiesLeading by example by following established Quality, Health and Safety policies & procedures.Showing respect and pride for facilities and equipment.Being responsible – on time for work and take breaks during designated times.Carrying out other tasks from time to time as assigned by a manager or request for assistance as needed.Position Specific ResponsibilitiesPick up & delivery of rod pumps and well-site equipmentLoad/Unload field trucks and/or 3rd party trucks Stock receivingManual liftingUse of forkliftSpotter/helper for trucking companiesClean & inspect rod pumps & oilfield equipment Use of solventsUse of supplied API approved toolsUse of mechanical part washersAssemble & re-assemble rod pumps & oilfield equipmentGeneral Administrative Duties Stock ordersComputer UseAnswering phonesGeneral Shop Duties Washing floorsGeneral housekeeping of office space & shopCleaning of bathroomsRemoval of garbageRequired Minimum QualificationsMinimum grade 12 education.Oil & Gas experience considered an assetTechnical aptitudeValid Driver's License & Clean abstractShould be proficient in Microsoft programs, (Word, Excel, and Power point)Physical DemandsTravel- pump delivery/pick-upsStanding for up to 8 hoursShop EnvironmentPeriodic heavy lifting up to 50lbsNote we do not accept calls/inquiries from agencies.
