Employee Benefits Client Success Manager

StanCorp Financial Group

The Standard is seeking a Manager, EB Client Management to lead and empower an Employee Benefits team across multiple offices. You will drive profitability and growth by shaping customer service strategies and ensuring effective execution with Account Managers and brokers.

You will supervise staff, mentor talent, and resolve complex service issues to maintain high client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
