Supervisor Trainee

Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is hiring for a Supervisor Trainee in St. Joseph, MO! The person in this role will be responsible for partnering with management and our operations crew to learn how to effectively supervise our team and our plant in order to maximize productivity. Requirements Ability to work as member of a team in a production environment Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical ability Handle multiple tasks and organize employee work scheduled to ensure timely completion of projects. Must have strong communication skills Must have strong safety awareness Must be willing to work various hours/shifts Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Ag Systems Technology, Ag Production Technology or similar experience is preferred.
