Overview The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSAI) focuses on acquiring securities industry licenses and building client relationships. The role offers comprehensive training, coaching, and opportunities for career growth within Bank of America. Key Responsibilities Earn and maintain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within the prescribed time frames (SIE within 30 days of hire; Series 7 and 66 within 120 days). Build and manage client relationships, delivering comprehensive advice and guiding clients toward their financial goals. Deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions. Operate in a financial center to provide core banking services. Support business growth by expanding client portfolios and deepening relationships. Maintain SAFE Act registration and comply with required background checks. Essential Requirements Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses. Self-disciplined time and capacity management. Experience in cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions. Strong peer relationship building, effective communication, and collaboration abilities. Results-driven mindset prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast-paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology. Desired Qualifications Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license.
