The technologist ensures patient comfort, safety, and accurate image acquisition./ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliPerform diagnostic ultrasound examinations as ordered by physicians/liliPrepare and position patients for procedures, explaining the process clearly/liliOperate and maintain ultrasound equipment to obtain high-quality images/liliIdentify normal and abnormal anatomy and document findings/liliAnalyze images and provide preliminary technical impressions to physicians/liliMaintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation/liliFollow infection control, safety, and patient privacy regulations (HIPAA)/liliAssist physicians during ultrasound-guided procedures when required/liliEnsure proper care and maintenance of ultrasound equipment/liliGeneral exams, US Color Flow Doppler Echo, TEE and Vascular./li/ulpstrongRequirements:/strong/pulliCompletion of a program in ultrasound from an accredited Ultrasound School./lili3-5 years of experience in performing ultrasound procedures acceptable./liliMust be ARDMS registered or registry eligible./li/ulpstrongPosted Salary Range:/strong/ppUSD $49.91 - USD $57.74 /Hr./ppThe salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits./ppAt Catholic Health, we believe in a people-first approach.
