The Retail Merchandiser ensures our products are presented, priced, and promoted to drive sell-through and elevate the in-store customer experience. We foster a culture where self-motivated individuals thrive by taking pride in the presentation and quality of the products we represent.What you’ll do:Restock all coolers, in-store spaces, and displays to ensure maximum product availability.Maintain a high level of neatness and cleanliness in all displays to attract retailers and consumers.Monitor quality control and freshness standards by rotating stock according to Company standards.Organize and store reserve inventory in designated areas and build new displays as instructed.Other sales & merchandiser-related duties as assigned.What you’ll bring:Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation for territory travel.Clean driving record with few or no infractions.Prior merchandising or stocking experience in a retail sales environment is preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds constantly, and 160 pounds occasionally.Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, squat, twist, and reach constantly.Strong eye for detail and visual presentation.Reliable time management, routing, and follow-through across multiple store locations.Clear communication and relationship-building with in-store teams and managersSchedule: 5 days, 8-hour shift (some overtime may be required), early mornings, may include weekends.Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hourJob Type: Full-Time #J-18808-Ljbffr Sunset Distributing Co.
