Summary Regional sales leader responsible for executing corporate business strategies and providing on-site retail sales support across the Northeast market. Acts as a brand ambassador to drive sales, develop client relationships, and coach boutique teams to deliver a best in class client experience while partnering with corporate and store stakeholders. Responsibilities Drive retail and net sales to achieve established targets for the Northeast market. Coach, train, and develop Beauty Advisors, Selling Specialists, and Business Managers. Plan and execute product launches, promotions, special events, and merchandising in partnership with store management. Develop and grow client base through CRM and retention strategies. Perform sales analysis and propose actions to improve performance. Recruit and build a network of high-performing retail teams. Collaborate with Corporate and provide feedback and best practices to other retail locations. Negotiate with store personnel to optimize space and product placement. Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement innovative solutions. Requirements Associate degree or equivalent. 5+ years of prestige beauty, fragrance, or skincare sales and management experience. Prior experience as a Business Manager, Sales, or Training role. Strong coaching, communication, and team building skills. Analytical and problem solving skills with ability to perform sales analysis. Client focused with experience in CRM and retention strategies.
