By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Audit & Compliance Specialist -- Healthcare IT Security to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).NTT DATA Services currently seeks an Audit & Compliance Specialist - Healthcare IT Security to join our team in Plano, TX.We have an excellent opportunity for an Audit & Compliance Specialist - Healthcare IT Security to be a part of the customer’s compliance and auditing program to ensure customer sites and NTT DATA Services' internal teams are adhering to audit and compliance program policies and procedures.Role Responsibilities:-Assists with monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory audits and follow-up as necessary to ensure completion-Assigns and oversees tasks required for various PCI DSS, SOX and HIPAA compliance activities within the enterprise-Assists the team with the day to day questions regarding audits that are being performed-Assist with training during the onboarding of a new team member and audit processes-Looked upon as the Subject Matter Expert within the team-Perform systems and application security access reviews-Acts as a liaison between the client’s internal/external auditors and NTT internal teams to ensure all auditor requests are completed accurately and in a timely manner-Coordinates and writes communications to internal teams at hospital sites on behalf of customer-Communicates information security policies and procedures to users and is an evangelist for information securityRequirements: -Minimum of 3 years of overall IT experience-Minimum of 2 years of IT Compliance involving HIPAA, SOX, SSAE16, and/or PCI DSS requirements-Advanced expertise with MS Excel with ability to quickly manipulate and analyze data using Excel functions-Ability to perform business analysis and create summary documentation-Intermediate expertise with MS Access and PowerPoint-Experience with managing customer relationships-Solid knowledge of audit processes and auditing skills-Solid knowledge of one or more of the following regulations - HIPAA, SOX, SSAE16, PCI DSS-Understanding of data analysis or some experience as an analystPreferences:-Strong communication skills, both oral and written-Self-directed, able to manage multiple assignments with varying priorities-CISA or other related IT or security industry certification strongly preferred-Understanding of, or experience with, PCI DSS compliance requirements, SOX, HIPAA, and Information Security functions and responsibilities-Healthcare IT experience-Understanding of application and system user security and controlsThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
