Job Overview Position: Production Associate - Utility IV Department: Rental Schedule: Full Time (2nd Shift) Employee Status: Regular Job Category: Production Hourly Requisition Number: 228119 Job Description Support the Rental Division by performing a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, preparing or staging material and garments for loading, and performing other level‑four or lower production tasks as needed. The work area and responsibilities may vary daily and may include filling in for other employees during vacations or absences. Production Associates are expected to keep their work area clean and to meet or exceed quality and quantity standards. Work Eligibility Authorized to work in the United States. 18 years of age or older. Work Expectations Adhere to the attendance policy. Work in close proximity to others for extended periods. Operate in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressure. Handle materials that may be soiled or have strong odors with appropriate protective equipment. Physical Qualifications Stand for most of the shift. Perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching. Lift and move materials for most of the shift.
