We have an opening for Full-Time Banquet Cook available for immediate hire. Applicants should have flexible schedules as this position will have alternating shifts during the week. Come be a part of an award-winning Culinary staff! Position requirements include but are not limited to: A minimum of 1-year experience in a banquet kitchen Prepare attractive platter presentations and action stations for weddings and large events Garnish and arrange serving displays for salads, vegetables, cheese, and fruit trays Read prep sheets and gather the required ingredients and supplies Maintain all sanitation standards and proper food handling techniques ServSafe certification is a plus Good knife skills Ability to handle food preparation for large groups Able to lift 20-30 pounds safely Awareness of safety in and around the kitchen Available to work a varied schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20 per hour.
