  Guide Our Clients: Assist with policy changes and inquiries, ensuring their coverage evolves as their lives change (like buying a car or starting a business).

  Be the Calm in the Storm: Process insurance claims with empathy and urgency, guiding clients through stressful situations.

  Educate & Protect: Proactively market relevant products and services. Please note: Sales plays a major role in this position, focused on empowering clients to protect what they love.

  Manage Relationships: Maintain accurate, detailed client records so we never miss a beat when they need us.

  Collaborate for Success: Act as the vital liaison between customers and internal departments, coordinating with underwriters for timely policy issuance.
