Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD & 401k plans ADC Management Services is seeking an experienced Licensed Behavioral Health Specialists to support a federal behavioral health program in Chula Vista, California. This is a full-time, onsite position providing behavioral health support to children and adolescents in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities The Licensed Behavioral Health Specialist will: Provide behavioral health support to children and adolescents Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide short-term clinical interventions as appropriate Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health support in response to individual needs Apply trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches when working with children, adolescents, and vulnerable populations Support individuals experiencing stress, trauma, adjustment challenges, and other behavioral health concerns Collaborate with program leadership and multidisciplinary partners to support continuity and quality of services Maintain appropriate professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards Maintain required documentation in accordance with program requirements Participate in program activities, meetings, and coordination efforts as required Support additional behavioral health and program needs as assigned Minimum Qualifications Candidates must meet the following requirements: Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in any U.S. state or territory, including LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, Psychologist, or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, families, and/or vulnerable populations Experience with trauma, crisis intervention, behavioral health, or related clinical services Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced environment U.S. Citizenship Ability to work onsite in Chula Vista, California You May be eligible for: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
