This position will be supporting a justice / judicial project and acts as an Owner's Representative to successfully manage budget, schedule, and quality. Our public works team are prime consultants to various municipality, county, state, and public education institutions nationally. You will be teaming with project, program, and client leadership to provide premier public facilities that make a positive impact in the communities we support.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Lead a project team, either a large project or multiple projects or a whole program.Define technical scope of project.Promote opportunities for repeat business and create highly favorable references through the effective coordination, administration, and communication of project tasks.Review cost estimates.Manage project level conflict resolution.Maintain monthly project budgets for current and forecasted expenditures.Facilitate and maintain communications with the client in addition to providing monthly/weekly/daily reports.Achieve the client's objectives by successfully managing the client's project, goals, and objectives.Other duties as assigned.Attendance at work during normal business hours.Preferred Education and Experience:BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field8+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction managementPreferred Certification: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEEDPrior experience with public contracting codePreferred Prior experience with jails, courthouses, justice projectsCumming Group is committed to providing Equal Employment Opportunity in its personnel policies and practices. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package.
