Registered Nurse (RN) – Health & Wellness / Clinic

Location: Peachtree City & Griffin, GA

Pay: $37.00/hour (Paid weekly)

Contract: September 14, 2026 – November 30, 2026

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM–1:00 PM
• Monday, Wednesday & Friday: Peachtree City, GA
• Tuesday & Thursday: Griffin, GA

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and confident Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individual health coaching, wellness education, employee health promotion, and clinical support at onsite health centers. The RN will play an important role in supporting employees with health and wellness goals while assisting with daily clinic operations and patient care.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of nursing experience , strong clinical skills, and preferably experience working in a family medicine or primary care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual health coaching sessions focused on wellness, risk reduction, and behavior change.
• Identify employees' health advocacy, education, and wellness needs.
• Utilize motivational interviewing and engagement techniques to encourage positive health behaviors.
• Provide onsite support and education to employees to improve health outcomes and quality of life.
• Deliver health and wellness education through individual sessions, group presentations, support groups, newsletters, activities, and other creative methods.
• Follow up with employees regarding wellness program participation and determine additional education or referral needs.
• Prepare patients for virtual provider visits, including obtaining relevant clinical information.
• Perform CLIA-waived testing and laboratory procedures within scope of practice.
• Collect and document patient information, including HPI, in the appropriate electronic system.
• Perform biometric screenings and other health assessments.
• Administer vaccines in accordance with applicable protocols and scope of practice.
• Assist with the overall management and day-to-day operations of the onsite health centers.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow all applicable healthcare regulations, policies, and safety procedures.
• Perform other related clinical and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Georgia RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience .
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
• Confident and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with healthcare teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-focused care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in family medicine, primary care, occupational health, or an onsite health clinic .
• Experience with health coaching and wellness programs.
• Experience with biometric screenings and CLIA-waived testing.
• Vaccine administration experience.
• Experience with virtual healthcare/telehealth support.
• Knowledge of motivational interviewing and behavior-change strategies.
