About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Applied AI & Decision Systems to spearhead the creation and implementation of scalable, intelligent decision systems within intricate clinical and operational workflows. This pivotal role is dedicated to the integration of machine learning into real-world environments, with a primary focus on transforming disparate data, models, and processes into cohesive systems that ensure consistent, high-quality decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end decision systems that seamlessly fit into various workflows, from clinical to financial, and will be instrumental in driving the transition from standalone analytics to production-grade, workflow-integrated tools. A key aspect of the position is the ability to deliver measurable outcomes, improve efficiency, accuracy, and financial performance, and to influence senior stakeholders in the adoption of decision-making frameworks. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in data science, applied AI/ML, or analytics leadership, with a proven track record in operationalizing machine learning.
