We are seeking providers who are passionate about our mission!Who We AreCommunity Dental Care is Minnesota's largest non-profit dental organization, providing comprehensive dental care to people of all ages across five clinics in the Twin Cities, Rochester and Buffalo.Why Work for UsEnjoy meaningful work in a collaborative environment that fosters professional growthProvide culturally sensitive oral health care, preventive education, professional training, and advocate for access for allWhat We OfferProfessional development opportunities, CE classes and license renewalsPTO; 401k plus matchEligibility for student loan forgiveness programGeneral Dentist ProceduresGeneral Dentistry: Crowns (including custom crowns, implant crowns, and stainless steel crowns), bridges, direct restorations (amalgam and composite)Endodontics: anterior, premolar, and some molarOral surgery: extractions, including some impacted thirds molars, alveoloplastyPediatrics: stainless steel crowns, extractions, restorations, pulpotomies, space maintainersProsthodontics: Complete and partial removable dentures in addition to fixed prosResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patientsProvide a patient-centered approach and culturally competent careCommunicate and collaborate effectively with team membersConduct examinations of teeth and surrounding tissue utilizing diagnostic tools, including medical and dental histories, dental radiographs, diagnostic castsProvide patient education in proper oral healthcare and various treatment optionsMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic recordsMaintain compliance with state, federal and clinic guidelines and protocolsQualifications:Licensed with the MN Board of DentistryCPR/AED CertificateExperience working with culturally diverse communities preferredRochester Clinic HoursThursday: 7:50am-5pmFriday: 7:50am-2pm*Thursday and/or Friday available.
