Salesforce Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Engineer to join our team and help optimize, modernize, and simplify our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is ideal for a Salesforce professional who believes in a declarative-first approach, leveraging standard Salesforce capabilities before introducing custom development. Role & Responsibilities Analyze, maintain, and enhance existing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. Design scalable solutions that prioritize Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality and declarative capabilities. Refactor and optimize existing Apex code, triggers, workflows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve system performance, maintainability, and scalability. Build and enhance business processes using Salesforce Flow Builder, validation rules, approval processes, and platform automation tools. Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend standard Salesforce functionality whenever possible to minimize unnecessary customization. Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt by simplifying complex solutions and eliminating redundant customizations. Evaluate and decommission unused custom objects, fields, automation, and legacy code. Design and implement integrations using Salesforce best practices, APIs, and event-driven architectures. Develop and enforce Salesforce development standards, governance processes, security controls, and architectural best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide recommendations for performance optimization and platform improvements. Support release management activities, including CI/CD processes, deployment planning, sandbox management, testing, and production releases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives. Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend innovative solutions that improve user experience and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce Platform. Strong experience with: Salesforce Apex Classes and Triggers

SOQL/SOSL

Salesforce Flow Builder Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integration solutions using REST and SOAP APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, security model, and development best practices. Proven ability to balance declarative and programmatic solutions based on business and technical requirements. Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise Salesforce applications. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification Experience with large‑scale Salesforce data migration, org consolidation, or system cleanup initiatives. Hands‑on experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools such as: Gearset Experience working within complex enterprise Salesforce environments supporting large user populations. Familiarity with Salesforce governance frameworks, architectural reviews, and platform modernization initiatives.
