We're also proud to offer an excellent company-wide benefits package, including:Health insuranceDental coverageEye careLife insurance401(k) planEmployee pricingTHE TYPE OF EXPERIENCED COLLISION ESTIMATOR - REPAIR PLANNER WE'RE LOOKING FORWe're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:Valid driver's licenseProficiency with CCC ONEWorking knowledge of OEM repair procedures and modern vehicle technologyExcellent organization, documentation and customer-service skillsAbility to manage multiple repairs effectivelyProfessional appearance, positive attitude, and dependable attendanceAt least three years of collision estimating or repair-planning experience and DRP experience are preferred.WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR EXPERIENCED COLLISION ESTIMATOR - REPAIR PLANNERThis is a full-time position, with shifts varying within normal business hours.In this role, you'll create complete and accurate estimates and repair plans in CCC ONE while guiding vehicles from initial contact through final delivery. You'll research OEM repair procedures, identifying scanning and calibration requirements, handling supplements and insurance documentation, and maintaining proactive communication with customers and insurance partners. You'll also collaborate closely with technicians, parts and paint teams, vendors, and management to monitor repair progress, address potential delays, follow up on opportunities, and ensure every repair meets expectations for customer satisfaction, cycle time, profitability, and compliance.ABOUT OUR COMPANYWelcome to Michael Jordan Nissan!
