Responsibilities Wash dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand, maintaining and cleaning kitchen work areas and equipment Assist with event set-up and breakdown Sweep and scrub floors and mats, vacuum Prepare (without cooking) various foods for cooking or serving Sort and remove trash Deliver banquet food and utensils to the Banquet room and bring items back to the kitchen to wash Minimum Qualifications Three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club On‑job training provided Compensation $18.35 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
