Med/Surg RN — Day Shift, Patient Care Leader

Medina Regional Hospital in Hondo, TX is seeking an dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care across shifts. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, documenting assessments, and collaborating with physicians and care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
