Estimator

The Estimator will be responsible for Estimating and Pre-Construction for a large variety of commercial ground up construction projects. Responsibilities:

• Estimating and quantity take-offs
• Preparing and managing bid packages
• Scheduling
• Cost control
• Managing RFI
• Subcontractor management
• Client relations
• Procurement
• Bid analysis and quality control

Requirements:

• 5 plus years' commercial estimating experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
• Smartbid, Planswift software experience a plus.
• On-Screen Takeoff Experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
