Quality & Regulatory Lead Specialist

Cencora seeks a Quality & Regulatory Lead Specialist to oversee compliance operations, document management, and regulatory recordkeeping for its pharmaceutical distribution services. The role involves coordinating daily workflows, ensuring audit readiness, leading team operations, and driving process improvements in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily compliance operations including document intake, review, and recordkeeping
- Prepare and maintain audit-ready records, logs, and reconciliations with accuracy verification
- Lead day-to-day operations with task assignment, queue monitoring, and quality oversight
- Diagnose recurring errors and process delays; implement workflow and template modifications
- Act as first-line escalation for complex compliance cases and triage issues appropriately
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years compliance operations or internal controls experience in regulated setting
- Compliance or audit certification preferred (ISO 37301, CCEP, CIA, or equivalent)
- Data analysis and workflow diagnostic capability
- Team leadership and coaching ability
- Documentation and communication skills for stakeholder alignment
Compensation: $28.50/hour
