Must Haves:

- Really need to work within Microsoft project pro 2010/2016

- Savvy enough in the project mgt piece to generate reports.

Regulatory Affairs Project Scheduler will work across multiple projects that are part of a single functional project schedule and provide services to the Director of Regulatory Affairs, regulatory project leads, and technical experts in the critical area of project scheduling and tracking to proactively identify sources of potential conflicts that can significantly and adversely impact project timelines. Identifying best practices to monitor and control the projects, providing cadenced reporting metrics and working with multiple regulatory project leads as a whole to maintain these efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

. Coordinates and tracks multiple key projects and tasks.

. Maintains fully linked project schedules that can be utilized to

analyze resource allocations, completion dates and critical path.

. Obtains information from regulatory project leads to tracks

progress and critical path on a weekly basis.

. Works with regulatory project leads to assess and resolve

project variances and conflicts.

. Creates tracking reports for various levels of management.

. Provides forward looking schedule analysis to management.

. Performs other duties and assignments as required

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

. A minimum of two years associated with project scheduling

(organizing, planning, and tracking) in a technical environment.

. Extensive experience using MS Project.

. Formal MS Project training/certification highly desired.

Knowledge and Skills

. Technology background, preferably in healthcare, medical

manufacturing, and/or R&D sufficient to understand technical issues encountered and how they might impact the project schedule.

. Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling using MS Project,

preferably Project Server 2010. Capable of statusing schedules, monitoring project progress, and communicating trends to project teams.

. Demonstrated skills and techniques in identifying and mitigating

project development risks.

. Excellent organizational, interpersonal communications and

scheduling skills.
