Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, overtime as needed

Position Overview

VSSI Staffing Services is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Onsite Staffing Coordinator to support daily staffing operations at one of our client facilities in Grand Prairie, TX.

We're looking for an organized, dependable, and people-oriented professional with experience in staffing, human resources, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or employee supervision.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with employees, coordinating daily workforce needs, and maintaining strong communication with client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between VSSI Staffing, client management, and assigned employees.
• Monitor daily attendance, call-offs, and staffing levels.
• Assist with employee timekeeping, payroll preparation, and attendance reporting.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and workforce assignments.
• Address employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate employee records, reports, and staffing documentation.
• Communicate staffing updates and workforce needs with management.
• Support employee performance, retention, and workplace compliance.
• Assist with scheduling conflicts and daily operational challenges.
• Build positive working relationships with employees and client supervisors.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in staffing, human resources, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or employee supervision.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Excel, and data entry.
• Ability to consistently work the required schedule.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in onsite staffing, recruiting, staffing coordination, or employee supervision.
• Experience with attendance tracking, timekeeping, payroll, or workforce scheduling.
• Familiarity with temporary staffing agencies or high-volume warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Experience communicating and building relationships with client management.

Compensation & Schedule

• $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM.
• Overtime as needed.
• Full-Time, On-Site in Grand Prairie, TX.
