Real Estate Associate (35 Years) Multiple Locations | Hybrid

Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join a leading law firm's Real Estate practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, leasing, and development projects.

Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, JV agreements, and loan documents
Support acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate financings
Assist with leasing matters (office, retail, industrial, mixed-use)
Conduct due diligence (title, survey, zoning, environmental)
Coordinate closings and manage transaction documentation

Qualifications:

35 years of real estate transactional experience
Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
Experience with commercial real estate transactions and diligence
Ability to manage deals from signing through closing
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction required

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $225,000 $435,000 + bonus (based on class year)
