As a regional sales manager in our Rhythm Solutions division, you will lead a talented team across multiple territories to drive sales of innovative therapies, including the Watchman™ Left Atrial Appendage Closure (LAAC) device, Electrophysiology (EP), and Access Solutions.The Watchman device offers patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation a safe, effective alternative to lifelong blood thinner use. This role empowers you to make a measurable difference—both in patients' lives and in the strategic direction of your region.Your responsibilities will include:Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals across the Watchman, EP, and Access Solutions portfoliosLead, coach, and develop a high-performing field team, including sales representatives and clinical/therapy awareness specialistsMonitor sales performance, conduct quarterly reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet targetsProvide ongoing education and tools to ensure team proficiency in product knowledge, competitive positioning, and industry trendsSupport key account growth, partnering with economic buyers and clinical stakeholders to drive adoption and utilizationOversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and value-based selling solutions tailored to customer needsModel effective selling techniques, coach in the field, and reinforce a disciplined sales approach across the teamCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales ops, and finance to align regional activities with national strategyEnsure compliance with company policies, reporting standards, and CRM systemsRecruit, onboard, and retain top talent, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture across your regionRepresent Boston Scientific at customer meetings, industry events, and educational forums to strengthen relationships and market presenceRequired qualifications:Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experienceMinimum of 7 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience in interventional cardiology, structural heart, electrophysiology (EP), or cardiac rhythm management (CRM) device salesMinimum of 5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of sales achievement and team developmentPreferred qualifications:P&L responsibility experienceMBA or graduate degree in a related fieldTechnically strong, analytical, and highly motivated leader with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience navigating matrix organizations and influencing across divisions and leadership levelsThe anticipated annualized base amount for this full time position will be $90,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.Boston Scientific transforms lives through innovative medical technologies that improve the health of patients around the world.
