Playwright Automation Engineer (Playwright / AWS)

Overview Seeking a highly hands-on Senior SET / SDET Engineer with strong Playwright automation and AWS experience. This role supports a large‑scale platform modernization initiative migrating legacy applications into AWS cloud environments. The team needs a true "plug‑and‑play" automation engineer who can contribute immediately in a fast‑paced Agile environment. Candidates should be able to clearly explain: Projects where they built Playwright scripts from scratch Experience handling dynamic content in Playwright AWS/cloud testing experience Examples of working under tight deadlines in fast‑paced environments Must Haves Strong hands‑on experience with Playwright Experience creating automation test scripts/frameworks from scratch Heavy automation engineering background (not manual QA) Strong experience with AWS API and UI testing experience Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Ability to work independently with minimal ramp‑up Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Nice to Have Background in software engineering/development Experience with .NET or legacy application modernization Responsibilities Build and maintain Playwright automation frameworks and scripts Perform API and UI testing across cloud‑based applications Validate dynamic content and complex workflows Work closely with engineering teams in Agile sprint cycles Troubleshoot automation, integration, and testing issues Support modernization and migration efforts into AWS Interested candidates may submit their resumes online or call at View phone number on click.appcast.io for further information regarding the position.
