JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Auto Glass Technician you will have an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your experience and professional skills for our store locations, airport rental facilities, or as a mobile technician.

• Install windshields and auto glass in our shop or from a mobile operation unit.\n
\n
• Calibrate vehicle electronics such as ADAS systems, Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Alert, etc.\n
\n
• Repair chips and other glass damage.\n
\n
• Interact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with a job well done.\n
\n
• Process payments from mobile customers.\n
\n
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.\n
\n
• Provide World Class customer service to our valued customers and vendors.\n
\n

\n
• 1+ Year(s) of automotive glass installation experience.\n
\n
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.\n
\n
• Proficiency in managing and working with several types of automotive glass.\n
\n
• Strong knowledge of auto mechanic tools, equipment, and techniques used in glass repair and replacement.\n
\n
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.\n
\n
• Excellent critical thinking skills and diligence.\n
\n
• Must be over 18 years of age\n
\n
• This position involves driving duties that will be monitored and recorded by a telematics device to ensure safety and compliance.\n
\n
• Must be ok with the physical demands of the job.\n
\n

Physical Demands:

In performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to maneuver around vehicles to position yourself safely during installations. Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning, must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary.
