Target Security Specialist

About the Role
As a Target Security Specialist, you'll play a critical role in protecting our stores, employees, and guests. You'll be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for everyone on our premises.
Key Responsibilities
Security Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the store, identifying and addressing potential security threats.
Incident Response: Respond to incidents promptly and effectively, taking appropriate actions to protect the safety of everyone involved.
Loss Prevention: Implement loss prevention measures to deter theft and minimize losses.
Guest Assistance: Provide assistance to guests and employees as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Training: Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on security procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred
Strong physical fitness
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
