Key Responsibilities Set up the ColdLine by assembling equipment, stocking products and preparing the dining room Warmly welcome guests, take accurate orders and facilitate drive‑thru service efficiently Build custard items to specification and deliver them quickly to guests Check on guests, seek feedback and maintain a clean dining room and service area Follow strict washing, sanitation and safety procedures and ensure proper storage of ingredients Understand all ingredients, time standards and display a strong sense of urgency Break down and clean equipment and stations at closing; properly store products Requirements Ability to work in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment Strong math and communication skills; ability to handle transactions accurately Receptive to feedback and eager to learn Friendly, energetic and committed to delivering outstanding hospitality Must maintain cleanliness and follow safety guidelines at all times Why Freddy’s?
