Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Laboratory Technologist to join a mobile lab team. This role involves performing point-of-care testing, handling specimens, and supporting lab operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform point-of-care lab testing (Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, etc.)
• Collect blood samples (venipuncture and capillary)
• Process and log specimens accurately
• Enter patient data and test results into the system
• Monitor quality control and ensure accurate results
• Maintain lab equipment and troubleshoot issues
• Support inventory management and lab operations
• Follow all safety and compliance protocols

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (required)
• Must be LVN, MLT, or CLS (No phlebotomists)
• California state license required
• Familiarity with lab workflows
• Phlebotomy and lab experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
