The Opportunity

RestorePro has served the Greater Charlotte Metro area since 1998, completing tens of thousands of restoration projects for residential and commercial properties. We're expanding our multifamily and commercial presence across Charlotte, and we're looking for an outside sales professional who already has a foot in the door with the people who make these decisions.

This isn't a cold-start territory. It's a chance to take relationships you've already built — or are fully capable of building — and turn them into a long-term sales career with real income potential.

Who We're Looking For

We're not only looking for people with multifamily housing or property management backgrounds. We're just as interested in people who already sell to multifamily properties in a different category, including backgrounds in:

• Pest control

• Parking lot maintenance and services

• Landscaping and grounds maintenance

• Janitorial services

• Fire safety, fire extinguisher, or life safety services

• B2B plumbing or roofing sales calling on multifamily housing

• Flooring, painting, or turn/make-ready services

• Amenity or appliance supply

• Multifamily software or PropTech

• Waste management

• Security and access-control systems

• Renters insurance

If you already walk onto apartment properties, talk with property managers, and understand how those relationships work, you have a real head start here — even if restoration isn't your background.

We can teach restoration. What we can't teach is how to earn trust with a property manager who already has five vendors calling on them. If you're doing that today, we want to talk with you.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

This is a field-based business development and outside sales role. You'll spend your time throughout Greater Charlotte:

• Prospecting new multifamily and commercial accounts

• Meeting property managers, regional managers, and facility directors face-to-face

• Building relationships with ownership and management groups

• Developing partnerships with plumbers, HVAC contractors, and other trade professionals

• Conducting emergency response planning meetings

• Attending apartment association, commercial real estate, and networking events

• Following up consistently with prospects and referral partners

• Managing activity and opportunities through CRM

• Working with operations once an opportunity becomes an active project

• Building a measurable, repeatable pipeline of commercial and referral business

You won't be successful waiting for the phone to ring. You'll have support and structure behind you — but you'll still be expected to prospect, open doors, and close business.

Requirements

What We're Looking For on Paper

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales or business development experience, ideally with multifamily housing or commercial properties as your customer base

• A track record of opening new accounts and developing relationships with decision-makers

• Comfort working face-to-face and building trust with property-level and regional decision-makers

• Strong organization, follow-through, and CRM discipline

• The independence to manage a field territory without close supervision

Restoration experience is not required. If you already understand how to sell into multifamily properties — in any category — that experience matters more than a background in restoration.
