Machine Operator - Router

Machine Operator Location: Claremont, NC. Responsibilities Uses a CNC router to cut wood parts into straight‑cut dimensions and pattern cuts. Follows patterns with non‑stop cutting of CNC router blade. Reads SOP and production sheets to complete daily production goals. Responsible for routine maintenance and upkeep of the router. Works in accordance with Company Safety practices. Maintains a neat and clean work area. Follows all quality standards and inspection requirements. Regular attendance and compliance with all work schedules. Performs all other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications At least 3 years of experience using a CNC router. Ability to read SOP and production sheets. Ability to follow patterns with non‑stop cutting of CNC router blade. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, bend, stoop, kneel, twist and lift 60 pounds. The employee is frequently required to stand for up to 10 hours per day and use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
