Required Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of post-residency anesthesiology experience
• Valid medical license to practice in Idaho or eligible via IMLC
• DEA license and Compliance with all licensing and certification standards
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia and confident in performing or supervising anesthesia cases
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with obstetric anesthesia, including OB coverage
• Familiarity with trauma site procedures, including Level II Trauma protocols
• Ability to adapt to hospital protocols and procedures seamlessly
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Residency completed in Anesthesiology with at least one year of active practice post-residency
• Prior experience supporting trauma or community-based hospital settings is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and call shifts in Boise and Nampa
• Comfortable with supporting staff supervision (4/1 supervision ratio) and working within a team-oriented environment
• Must meet all state, federal, and institutional credentialing requirements
