Admissions Registered Nurse

Deercreekseniorliving is looking for a hospice admissions registered nurse to perform comprehensive clinical assessments to determine hospice eligibility based on established guidelines. This salaried, full-time role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and educating patients and families about hospice services. The ideal candidate will have a background in nursing and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
