This role plays a key part in supporting REI's core business operations through strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-focused mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce timely, accurate distribution support for all internal and external clientsPrepare and send termination letters and other client communicationsSubmit E-Verify documentation accurately and within required timeframesReceive, respond to, and route garnishment orders as appropriateDistribute incoming mail to all departments on a daily basisTake outgoing mail to the post office dailyMaintain, track, and reorder distribution and Payroll Department suppliesPerform daily filing and document organizationProvide general administrative support and assist with special projects as assignedEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior office or administrative experienceKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Comfortable using internet-based software and internal systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and sense of urgencyPositive attitude with a dependable work ethicAbility to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitaskCoachable, team-oriented, and eager to learnStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quicklyCreative thinker who can apply sound judgment in routine situationsThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This job is operated in an indoor office environment.Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
