As a Guest Room Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest experience is polished, comfortable, and memorable. Change linens, make beds, and maintain sparkling bathrooms. Restock all guest room supplies (soap, shampoo, etc.). Organize your linen closet, restock your cart, and prepare for the next day at shift end. Remove trash and replace dirty linens. Greet guests with a friendly smile during your shift. Inspect rooms to ensure they are cared for and meet standards. Protect equipment and report any inadequacies. Notify superiors of damages, deficits, or disturbances. Adhere to health and safety rules and company policies. Work with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance. Maintain a customer‑oriented and friendly demeanor. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Work efficiently without compromising quality. Key Attributes A warm, people‑oriented demeanor. A team‑first attitude. A keen eye for detail. Qualifications Professional demeanor and clear communication skills. Clean uniform appearance required. Ability to perform continuous physical activity, including bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25‑30 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours.
